Our knowledgeable team has the skillset to produce a wide variety of pricing documents, including employers requirements, bills of quantity, activity schedules and schedules of work. During design stages, we conduct detailed financial viability studies and cost models, developed with sufficient detail to meet a project’s needs. Once construction is underway, we undertake close financial monitoring and appraisals, including monthly valuations and cash flow reporting with up to final account projections and robust reporting regimes.

Exciting news for RSK Biocensus!
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural (Defra) has appointed RSK Biocensus and the RSK Wilding team as a `responsible body` to work with landowners and developers for conservation and biodiversity.
Senior Legal Adviser Natalie Bryce advised that “Our shared goal is for the landowner to be able to protect, conserve or enhance the land as they wish and get the planning permissions they need if BNG is needed for a development.”

RSK Group company 1stinrail has recently completed extensive track replacement work on the Keadby Drawbridge. 🌉
Project Manager Ryan Hughes said: “This was a fascinating project to be a part of due to the unique design of the drawbridge and the fact that it is one the busiest routes for freight trains in the UK.
The drawbridge dates back to the 1860s and was converted into a sliding bridge in 1925.”
