Immediate action – call 01207 594 921

As coronavirus continues to disrupt nations around the world, affecting each one of us, measures must be taken to help control the spread and keep people safe.  In workplaces, specialist services are now needed to disinfect and protect surfaces against COVID-19. Unfortunately, conventional deep cleaning and disinfection methods offer no lasting protection against pathogens, leaving them susceptible almost immediately after treatment.

RSK has the specialist skills and experience needed to help combat this threat.  Our specialist teams, combining their understanding of viral decontamination with the latest disinfectant technology, can provide full decontamination and future protection against coronavirus for up to 30 days in virtually any setting.

Social distancing has become the new normal but with some employees unable to work from home, necessary precautions must be taken to help keep workplaces safe, particularly as businesses start to consider protocols for reopening premises.

If your office, facility, worksite, vehicles, plant or equipment require decontamination or sanitisation over and above usual cleaning practices, RSK Response can provide a professional decontamination service and lasting protection for up to 30 days throughout the UK and Ireland.

    Why choose RSK?

RSK is a client-focused business and we have built each of our services around our client’s needs.

    Lasting Protection

Our teams use an innovative product range that kills 99.99% of all known pathogens, including COVID-19, and protects surfaces for up to 30 days after treatment.

All surfaces treated will establish a protective barrier which attracts and destroys microorganisms for up to 30 days after application.  In comparison, standard disinfection is only effective until the products dry, leaving surfaces susceptible to contamination almost immediately after treatment.

The products are backed by over 100 independent lab tests and have passed EN 1276, EN 1650, EN 13697 and PAS 2424 testing.

    Rapid Response

We understand that the safety of your workforce is your priority and that timing is critical, so we have established an emergency hotline to deal with COVID-19.

If you require decontamination within the workplace you should contact our response hotline as soon as possible. A COVID-19 incident advisor will take preliminary information including your contact details and information about the affected area. Using Public Health England guidance, we advise that any affected area be cordoned off as soon as possible until the areas have been cleaned and disinfected. This may be, for example, an individual workstation and immediate area, an entire workplace, a site cabin or a vehicle.

A member of our specialist COVID-19 response team will contact you to discuss the requirements in detail and determine the cleaning need and urgency. The specific requirements for each office, facility or worksite will differ and our response team will work with you to determine the best approach.

We will mobilise a team of at least two people to attend the site and carry out the decontamination. Depending on your requirements this can involve disinfecting all surfaces within a workspace and application of a fogging solution to kill the virus and provide ongoing protection for up to 30 days.

    Professional Service

The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the way we live our lives. It is vital that we all take necessary precautions to help limit the spread.
RSK has the skills and expertise required to help combat this threat. Teams are trained in dealing with a range of hazardous materials and can deliver decontamination works safely and effectively, adhering to our Decontamination Method Statement and Risk Assessment.
All cleaning material will be double bagged and removed from your premises/site for appropriate disposal.

    Our expertise

    • Up to 30 days protection

We recognise that conventional deep cleaning methods only control the pathogens already present, leaving surfaces susceptible to contamination almost immediately after treatment.  Our teams are using the latest product range and fogging technology to fully decontaminate spaces and provide lasting protection for up to 30 days post treatment.

    • Rapid service

Timing is critical when tackling COVID-19 so we have large, regional teams throughout the UK and Ireland and a dedicated emergency hotline to help ensure we can deliver the service you need, as quickly as you need it.

    • Non-hazardous application

We use non-hazardous cleaning products formulated to kill 99.99% of bacteria and viruses, including coronavirus, norovirus, influenza A, MRSA, listeria and E. coli.  The products are backed by over 100 independent lab tests in a variety of settings.  Cleaned areas are suitable for immediate occupancy after completing the decontamination.  The treatment has no effect on electricals.
