Commitment to Health and Safety

RSK is deeply committed to the safety of our staff, client, stakeholders and the greater community. All our operations, whether field or office based, are required to adhere to the requirements of the company safety, health, environment and quality management systems, which govern RSKโ€™s core processes.

Specifically, our safety, health and environment policy provides a statement of intent. It is reviewed at least annually and forms part of the contract of all employees. The policy is based on:

โ‡ฒ Compliance with legislation
โ‡ฒ The requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
โ‡ฒ Industry best practice, client requirements, and guidance from regulators such as the Environment Agency and Health and Safety Executive
โ‡ฒ The findings of internal and external assessments, including those associated with audits and inspections, customer feedback, incident investigations, and risk assessment review.

Our safety, health and environmental performance, including that associated with the prevention of human error, is monitored and reported routinely so that the effectiveness of the management system can be maintained. Objectives and targets are set annually and are subject to regular updates through quarterly reviews.
