Join this RSK Geosciences’ Down to Earth webinar on how to unlock the full potential of your development land. Submitting a planning application without a clear understanding of geoenvironmental constraints is a significant risk that can lead to costly delays, reduced land valuation and project failure.
In our webinar, you will learn how a proactive approach to site investigation is the key to de-risking projects and securing development viability from the outset. Our expert, Hugh Dyer, a technical director in RSK Geosciences, will demonstrate how proactive investigation can reduce risk, support land valuation and streamline project delivery.
Key takeaways will include how to:
- reduce risk by early identification of environmental constraints, such as contamination and ground instability
- support land valuation with critical data regarding development costs and feasibility
- streamline project delivery by reducing unforeseen delays
- integrate geo-environmental data effectively through the planning process and with the wider project team.
