Soilution’s work is often linked to the (re)development of a location, often in the provinces of North or South Holland, but it is able to operate on a country-wide level. For each client, it will look for an optimal solution that is in the economic interests of the customer, the environment, the living environment and the relevant laws and regulations. Clients are from sectors including the business community, governments and private individuals.

The services offered include soil, hardening and building material research. Soil testing is almost always carried out in the context of the (re)development of a location or for applying for an environmental permit. Soilution’s work consists of conducting a historical preliminary investigation, taking samples, analysing the soil and water samples and reporting. It also carries out pavement and building material studies.

Soil remediation and site development experience is used if the soil quality stands in the way of (re)development, purchase or sale. Soilution’s work consists of weighing up the remediation methods and permits required and arranging tenders. During the implementation of a project, it provides environmental supervision, management and evaluation of the project after completion.

Other services provided are ground flows and soil quality decision-making during the development of a site. Before soil flows can be removed or used, a quality inspection must be carried out. Soilution is able to carry out inspections and also project manage for the application of soil flows, from demolition to remediation of the soil, to make the location suitable for the intended purpose.
