Services offered include acoustics within ecology, which includes encouraging society, governments and regulators to consider the impacts of noise on biodiversity and ecology rather than prioritising impacts on humans. The team works with ecologists and biodiversity specialists to research and quantify the potential impacts in given habitats and across different species through both predictions and long-term noise and vibration monitoring.

Acoustic modelling is utilised to accurately predict sound propagation from multiple sources in environments with complex geometries, such as concert halls and churches. Acoustic testing and commissioning are available to ensure that as-built acoustic performance complies with acoustic criteria for residential developments, offices, schools, entertainment venues and gyms, for example.

Architectural acoustic design services include the mitigation of noise or vibration intrusion, robust sound insulation between rooms, well-controlled reverberation, good speech intelligibility, appropriate building services noise levels and mitigation of perceptible vibration.

The business has extensive experience in assessments relating to construction noise and vibration and environmental impact, as well as the design and operation of electroacoustic and audiovisual systems.
