Pensar provides process water infrastructure services to deliver complex projects, working with clients to refine design and deliver solutions for their unique water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The company can assist with technical expertise on water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, raw water treatment, recycled water treatment, cogeneration plants, minor works and sustaining infrastructure and process design and partner delivery.

Non-process water infrastructure services provided include water security solutions for a diverse range of industry sectors, from bulk water supply authorities and water utilities to regional councils. These can be applied to infrastructure constructions and upgrades, ensuring that each project delivered is suitable for its application, region and surrounding environment. Services can include the construction of pump stations, pipelines, reservoirs, fishways, weirs and dams.

Pensar’s specialist infrastructure services can deliver solutions for the design and construction of specialist buildings, from reservoirs and membrane bioreactor (MBR) tanks to varying concrete and water storage structures. Examples of this service capability include offshore marine works, nearshore marine works, wharf construction and specialised concrete structures.

Rehabilitation services are offered to extend the service life of assets including bridges, marine and nearshore infrastructure and reservoirs. Remediation and repair solutions are recommended and Pensar is able to provide advice on various options, such as structure remediation and strengthening, specialist coatings, jointing systems and sealing and reservoir roof and access replacement.

Pensar also provides a range of electrical low voltage and high voltage design, installation and maintenance, including instrumentation and control systems, intelligent transport system (ITS) installations, substations, street lighting, industrial works and above and in-ground electrical reticulation for new and existing subdivision projects. It is able to design, manufacture, implement and commission a wide range of projects as both stand-alone mechanical and electrical projects and complex process installations for a range of clients.
