ATP utilises Revit software, enabling it to support a fully integrated building information model (BIM). This helps ATP to collaborate, innovate and connect with its clients in more productive ways, using presentation and construction 3D modelling. Its offers full architectural services for Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) works stages 0 to 7, contract administration, landscape design and space planning and interior design.

Building surveying is a core part of ATP’s business. It provides a full range of professional services to clients across all sectors, covering various legal and technical aspects relating to the ownership and occupation of property. It assists clients by producing specifications, condition surveys and building surveys and compiling maintenance schedules and detailed reports that are tailored to suit the client’s requirements. It can provide support with contract administration and consultancy, dilapidations, planning, building control and listed building submissions, specification and design and health and safety.

Its project management experts identify clients’ specific requirements to enable an integrated approach and an understanding of the business’s needs for every project. Through experience, it is able to deliver a course of action that manages risk, time, cost and quality with leadership to maintain complete control and transparency across the process from conception to closure.

ATP’s client base consists of national housebuilders, local authorities, housing associations, private institutions and individual clients, working with them on new build, refurbishment and extension projects. It is a RIBA chartered and regulated Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors practice.
