ADEV is able to assist with regulatory requirements for facilities and projects that are classed as requiring environmental protection. It has extensive experience in the declaration, registration and authorisation of documents under the installations classified for environmental protection (ICPE) regulations, water law compliance and hygiene, health, safety and environment legislation. The company is able to determine the adequacy of the management measures proposed for the rehabilitation of ICPEs that have been permanently shut down and documentation relating to modifications and implementation of dismantling and/or rehabilitation of ICPEs.
