Established in 1991, Spencer Environmental Care Associates (ECA) is one of the most respected operators in the land maintenance and groundwork sector. The business is based in Ceredigion, Wales, and has over 35 employees. The business offers a wide range of services, including construction industry support, environmental management, arboriculture, vegetation management and land-based operations.
Recently, it has branched out into the renewable energy sector, working on wind and solar farm installations and becoming a major provider of bio-energy products. Its clients include Glastonbury Festival, QinetiQ, the UK Environment Agency, Berkeley St James, local authorities, schools, the National Botanic Garden of Wales and solar engineering, procurement and construction contractors and developers.
Our services include enablement work, site clearance, vegetation clearance, landscaping, minor civils, plant hire, groundwork, fencing (all types), cement stabilised roads, temporary roads and compounds, tree clearance (including ash dieback) and Japanese knotweed. We also work with river agencies for repair and river clearance work, including emergency tree removal.
We have a huge range of plant and machinery that can service a vast range of requirements for our customers and agencies alike.
