RSK International Projects Group (IPG) is a leading multifaceted consultancy business. With a global staff base, IPG supports projects around the world, at all stages of development, to achieve a positive outcome for clients, stakeholders and the environment.

IPG works across various sectors including renewable energy, mining, green hydrogen, oil and gas exploration and production and linear projects (pipelines, cables, roads and power lines). IPG also supports large development projects funded by major international finance institutions.

As part of its offering, IPG provides integrated environmental and social (E&S) services, with impact assessments looking at constraints, feasibility, scoping, route studies and management plans. Supporting E&S services include geographic information system (GIS) analysis with modelling and mapping; compliance advice and auditing; and climate change risk assessments.

Social performance services can involve baseline studies, management plans, policies and management systems, gender analysis and human rights assessments. IPG also provides stakeholder engagement strategies and plans, stakeholder mapping and analysis, grievance mechanisms and services relating to resettlement.

Biodiversity services include biodiversity and world heritage impact assessments; critical habitat assessments; biodiversity action and monitoring plans; conservation programmes; due diligence and quality assurance for developers and investors; and mobile data capture.
