In 2021, RSK acquired Black & Veatch’s UK and Asia water businesses, which provide sustainable and resilient water, wastewater and flood resilience projects. The businesses were renamed and now operate under the returning brand of Binnies. The company’s services include water utility infrastructure; consulting and design; construction management and commissioning (with a focus on water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure); and flood and coastal defence planning and design.

Binnies strengthens RSK’s presence in the water sector and expands our geographical reach, specifically in Asia, with operations in Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, the Philippines and Vietnam, in addition to Binnies’ offices throughout the UK.
