RSK in Europe
RSK has a long history of working across Europe and its presence has steadily expanded in key markets. Through strategic partnerships and an integrated approach to environmental and engineering challenges, we seek to enhance the natural and built environments and support the region through the energy transition. Through organic growth and acquisitions, we have progressively grown our network across 14 countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Türkiye.
We work in all major and emerging sectors: energy transition, water, infrastructure and the natural and built environment – highlighting our strategic focus on developing local expertise to deliver sustainable solutions, including environmental and social impact assessments, site investigation, ground testing and inspection, remediation of contaminated land, civil and structural engineering, waste management and detailed planning and design. One of our biggest strengths is the global reach of RSK’s network of experts. Multiple RSK companies collaborate together to deliver an unrivalled service, for example, our combined support of the Celtic Interconnector – a 700 MW underwater cable between France and Ireland, carrying enough power for up to 450,000 homes. We will continue growing this network across Europe from our more than 50 offices, ensuring that we remain close to our clients and the communities we operate in to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
Sustainable development across Europe
In line with our mission to provide sustainable solutions, we are dedicated to making a measurable difference in local communities by contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Our work supports cleaner energy, improves infrastructure resilience and protects ecosystems. For example, RSK led the complex project to upgrade the historic Vartry Water Supply Scheme, which has ensured clean water for more than 200,000 people. We are also pursuing key industry accreditations that reinforce our commitment to best practices, innovation and long-term positive change.
