    The British medical association

    The British Medical Association (BMA) is dedicated to providing individual and collective support for doctors across the UK and to “maintaining the honour and interests of the medical profession”. The key to achieving this is through efficiency, and the BMA recently devised a review strategy to refine and transform its business processes to maximise efficiency and deliver annual cost savings of up to £1 million.

    RSK provided its facilities management expertise to analyse the BMA’s existing practices and develop alternative options that will drive efficiency. We conducted a major review of BMA’s estates and operations and implemented new methods to ensure that BMA was working smarter, not harder. Pat Murphy, BMA interim finance director, commented, “I am delighted with the progress being made here and look forward to continuing to engage with RSK to support the BMA in transforming our service delivery in estate management.”
