RSK opportunities: We’re looking for legal professionals

December 17, 2020

Fast-growing RSK is looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join its small and busy inhouse legal team. The roles are a fantastic opportunity for legal graduates and experienced lawyers alike to embark on an exciting career with a leading integrated environmental, engineering and technical services provider, which operates globally. The business prides itself on its family feel and business sustainability strategy.

The first role is for a legal counsel/legal manager, for which we seek a self-motivated corporate/commercial lawyer of at least 4-5 years PQE to assist with a variety of corporate and commercial work. This will include company secretarial administration and compliance work for our group companies, including internationally; corporate acquisitions; and commercial contracts, including international projects, and property matters.

The second position is for a paralegal/company secretarial assistant, who will assist primarily with company secretarial administration work but also with the opportunity to get involved with a variety of compliance, corporate acquisition and commercial contract work. This is an exciting opportunity to get invaluable experience in a large commercial setting at the start of your career and would ideally suit an LPC graduate with a corporate focus.

Both positions are based at RSK’s headquarters in Helsby, Cheshire, UK.

Guided by its nine principles, and with a commitment to health and safety, RSK provides end-to-end, bespoke solutions to a vast array of challenges. We strive to be a world leader in the field of environmental science, research, engineering and technical services.

“Our mission is to provide outstanding services from an excellent working environment by being well-motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic professionals,” comments RSK Chief Executive Officer Alan Ryder.

“We are focused on doing the right thing – protecting the environment, reducing our carbon footprint and that of our clients, and supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals,” adds Climate Change and Sustainability Director Garry Charnock.

With nine acquisitions completed in the year 2020 to date, RSK has an ambitious growth plan further supported by organic growth. If you are equally ambitious and want to be part of a forward-thinking business that can help tackle the global sustainability challenge, we would love to hear from you.
