James is a member and Chair of the Irish branch of the Institute of Acoustics. James is responsible for the acoustics team in Ireland and, as part of RSK’s wider acoustics division, he specialises in all aspects of environmental noise and building acoustic assessments. James has extensive knowledge based on 20 years of experience in environmental noise impact assessments and has given evidence in several court cases involving nuisance noise under the Environmental Protection Agency Act.
