Industry recognition for two RSK directors with third consecutive year on ENDS Power List

RSK Director Warren Percival and RSK Wilding General Counsel Alexa Culver have each been named in the 2026 ENDS Report’s Power List for the third year in a row.

The list recognises the 100 UK environmental professionals who have made the greatest impact in the sector over the past two years.

Warren, who was nominated for his work with key membership bodies the UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA) and the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP), is head of business development at RSK, developing strategy and leading a team focused on sustainable solutions across multiple sectors and geographies.

He said: “I’m honoured to be recognised for a third time in the ENDS Power List, among other highly regarded individuals from across the environmental space. It is a powerful confirmation of the importance and impact of the work I have done recently at both RSK and elsewhere, including joining the board of ISEP and giving something back to the sustainability community I have been a part of for many years.”

Alexa Culver, nominated for her work in championing biodiversity net gain legislation and her political work around the Planning and Infrastructure Bill (now the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025), is legal counsel at RSK Wilding, part of RSK Biocensus, an ecological consultancy based throughout the UK. Alexa specialises in the environment and nature markets, and is a member of the Office for Environmental Protection College of Experts.

She said: “Landscape-scale nature recovery and nature-positive development won’t happen without strong environmental law. Recognition again in the ENDS Power List, among excellent peers doing vital work, shows the importance of the time I have spent sharing legal insights, talking to MPs and drafting amendments.”
