RSK is launching a groundbreaking new webinar series titled “Technical Talks”, to showcase the breadth of in-house specialisms across its technical services provision. Featuring presentations from industry leaders, the webinar series will offer insights into the technical, as well as practical, aspects of ground engineering, development and investigation projects.
The series will begin on Thursday, 14 July and will continue on the second Thursday of each month.
To start the series on 14 July, Central Alliance Joint Managing Director Richard Pidcock will present “The use of satellite PolSAR subsurface moisture maps” alongside Eddy Segal, Vice President, Sales and Business Development at ASTERRA. Together, Richard and Eddy will offer technical and practical insights into synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imagery and its uses.
On 11 August, Eric Downey, Structural Soils Associate Director, will give a talk on “The right tools for the job”, detailing the capabilities of ground investigation equipment and the importance of selecting the correct tools for conducting accurate and efficient work. Following on 8 September will be Toby Gibbons, RSK Asbestos Operations Director. Toby’s presentation will discuss “Asbestos in brownfield developments”, offering expert perspectives on the impact of asbestos on development procedures.
