Tomasz Galoch, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Team Leader at RSK Polska, will be speaking at the British Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC) conference on Tuesday, 22 June. With “Redeveloping brownfield sites – the future of development?” as the theme, the meeting will include presentations by a number of industry experts in Poland’s brownfield redevelopment space.
At the conference, the BPCC’s Real Estate and Construction Policy Group will meet to discuss the topic of Poland’s land development. Speakers will give talks on the huge potential offered in redeveloping Poland’s post-industrial land, especially in urban areas. Involving speakers from a range of backgrounds with a variety of specialisms, the conference will give a chance to understand the challenges and opportunities of brownfield redevelopment from different perspectives, showing both the potential for and the benefits of development work.
RSK’s Tomasz Galoch will be speaking on the topic of the opportunities presented by the clean-up of brownfield sites and the circumstances in which this is a viable option. Giving details of case studies to further illustrate the potential of clean-up projects, Tomasz will discuss the best way to choose an optimal site for such a project and how to provide conclusive arguments to support the project’s progress when dealing with authorities.
Aimed at investors, developers and local authorities, a range of issues related to brownfield redevelopment will be discussed during the conference. The meeting is open to all and is free to attend. Registration is open online here.
