RSK is an Inspiring Workplaces Finalist!

May 03, 2022

We are thrilled to announce that RSK is a finalist for the Inspiring Workplaces Awards, formerly the Employee Engagement Awards. This means that RSK has been ranked in the top 50 companies to work for in the UK and recognises us as a forward-thinking and people-first business. These prestigious awards have many well-known and large multinational businesses as previous winners. And this year’s entries will be judged by a panel of independent judges comprising previous finalists Al Jazeera Media Network, BBC Studios, Bupa, the NHS, Philip Morris International and many more.

Announcing the finalists, Matt Manners, Founder of Inspiring Workplaces, said, “We have been recognising organisations and the inspirational people within them for over eight years now. This year, we wanted to evolve the awards to represent the way the world of work is evolving too. Congratulations to all the finalists. We can’t wait to share these stories and promote the inspirational work they are doing day-in-day-out.”

RSK is a rapidly growing organisation wholly committed to achieving sustainability in all that it does. Putting our people first is one of our core business principles, and our entry showcases the strength of our core sustainability messaging and purpose across the more than 140 companies that make up our business, guided by the strong leadership by our founding CEO Alan Ryder. We also feature recent successful employee engagement events on safety and wellbeing as well as our investment in IT, expanded central support functions and new learning and development systems. RSK HR Director Zoe Brunswick commented, “we are delighted that our ongoing efforts to support our people in their overall wellbeing and learning and development at work have been recognised in these prestigious awards.”

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony that will take place at The Oval, London, on 24 May 2022!
