RSK Group and EVORA forge new sustainability solutions partnership

RSK Group, a global leader in the delivery of environmental and engineering solutions, and EVORA, a leading sustainability consultancy and software provider for the real asset sector, have launched their new partnership with two initial projects already being established supporting real estate portfolio clients.

The strategic commercial partnership is focused on delivering comprehensive sustainability solutions with an emphasis on managing and developing asset-level sustainability, biodiversity and carbon improvements. The collaboration draws on RSK Group’s extensive capabilities in environmental consulting, biodiversity and asset enhancement with EVORA’s real asset expertise. In practice, this means that clients can access integrated, end-to-end sustainability services, from strategic planning through on-the-ground implementation to data collection and assurance.

The partnership will initially focus on two key areas and in future will expand to additional teams within the RSK Group:

• Biodiversity and natural capital: RSK’s Nature Positive team will work alongside EVORA to help clients navigate emerging biodiversity disclosure requirements, assess nature-related risks and opportunities and implement nature-based solutions that enhance both ecological and financial performance.
• Implementation of carbon and climate strategy: Clients will benefit from seamless integration among carbon accounting, target setting and implementation pathways, with coordinated support to implement improvement plans.

RSK and EVORA will build on existing services to benefit clients and deliver significant advantages for property owners, investors and asset managers: These will include the following.

• Streamlined delivery: Single point of accountability with coordinated teams, reducing client management burden and accelerating project timelines
• Data-driven implementation: EVORA’s software platform, SIERA, combined with RSK’s technical assessments, creating actionable insights that translate directly into deliverable projects

The businesses added that collaboration has already identified significant opportunities for joint client engagement, particularly in supporting organisations with portfolios requiring sustainability transformation. The combination of RSK’s CS2 team for real estate technical DD/repositioning and the group’s Nature Positive team for sustainability implementation with EVORA’s strategic sustainability advisory enables clients to access comprehensive support for even the most challenging asset enhancement projects.
