RSK goes rainbow for Pride 2021

June 01, 2021

RSK has changed the colours of its logo as a symbol of its support for Pride 2021. Dropping the usual green tones, you will notice us sporting the Pride rainbow colours throughout the month of June.

RSK logo - Pride

Globally, the Pride events provide a platform for the LGBT+ community (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, questioning, intersex, non-binary, asexual, polysexual, genderqueer and gender variant people) to raise awareness of LGBT+ issues. Around the world, Pride events have become synonymous with colourful marches, festivals and parades, as well as online events, reflecting the first gatherings and marches that were originally held to commemorate the Stonewall uprising and riots in New York in June 1969, a pivotal moment in the LGBT+ rights movement. For millions of people around the world, Pride celebrations are an opportunity to come together and feel part of a community.

RSK takes pride in the diversity within our business and wants to celebrate this during Pride month and beyond, as well as stamping out any outdated stigma.

As well as changing our logo, we have plenty for our employees and wider communities to get involved with across the month. From a podcast featuring HR Director Zoe Brunswick and one of our directors Davey Coulter, to articles on the importance of considering gender pronouns and why diversity within business is essential, the whole of June promises to be colourful!

We will be also be posting more Pride content on our social media channels throughout the month that you can share and engage with, and you can get involved further by using the official Pride in London hashtag #YouMeUsWe. Tag @RSKGroup to join our campaign.
