RSK Benelux provides much-needed PPE

April 14, 2020

RSK Benelux was proud to be able to assist a hospital in Oost-Limburg, Belgium, by donating 250 FFP3 face masks. The first 50 have already been gratefully received and a further 200 have been ordered and will be delivered directly to the hospital. These are high-grade face masks, approved by the healthcare system, so will be put to good use.

“We are so grateful for the work healthcare professionals, and others on the front lines, are doing at this difficult time,” commented RSK Benelux Business Developer, Aline Stefens. “If we can do something that will help them, however small, then we must do it. Donating the masks was a simple act, but it could prove vital in the efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus. RSK’s ethos of ‘doing the right thing’ really stands out here and I know we are all coming together (metaphorically!) at this difficult time.”

As the war on coronavirus continues, hospital supplies, particularly personal protective equipment (PPE) are becoming more and more sought after. Many local hospitals and authorities are calling for masks, scrubs and other PPE to be donated or made: a Google search should bring up if this is the case in your area.
