Paul’s story: Long-distance running, mental health and suicide prevention

For World Mental Health Day on 10 October, RSK Principal Marine Consultant Paul Parker shared his personal experience of dealing with a friend’s suicide to raise awareness of mental health issues and suicide prevention. In a new video, published on the RSK YouTube channel, Paul explains how it has affected him, how he has channelled his energy into long-distance running to help with his personal resilience and the importance of talking to and supporting others.
