RSK Director Warren Percival will be speaking at the UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA) Annual Conference 2020, will be held online on 25–26 June. Join him for an exciting programme of online presentations from leading experts in environmental law.

Starting at 16:00 on Thursday, 25 June and concluding at 17:00 on Friday, 26 June, the conference will include six plenary sessions that will address a range of topical themes for environmental law, including the opportunities and threats posed to the environment by COVID-19. There will also be presentations from keynote speaker Lord Carnwath, UKELA president, and after dinner speaker, explorer and presenter Paul Rose.
This year’s themes include:
- The rule of law and the environment
- The marine environment
- A look at environmental law around the world
- COVID-19 impact
- Environmental regulation and net zero
- Climate resilience.
Warren will chair the ‘Environmental regulation and net zero’ session, which will examine how plans for tackling the challenges of managing our collective commitments for net-zero emissions are affecting both internal policy and regulatory drivers across the UK.
With over 16 years’ experience in environmental consultancy, Warren previously managed RSK’s northern environment, health and safety business, and is now the group director responsible for due diligence, environmental, social, and governance, and expert witness services to the legal and financial sectors. He is a UKELA Trustee and the Assistant Treasurer.
