RSK company CWA has promoted four of its associate engineers to associate directors and recruited a new senior civil engineering consultant, as its order book continues to expand.
Matthew Hughes, Andrew Godbar, Andrew Hardy and Matt Endacott have all been promoted to associate director status; new joiner Jaspreet Singh Dulku joins the team as a senior civil engineering technician in Birmingham, UK.
CWA director Steve Wedge explained that the business is expanding rapidly across all sectors with a wide range of projects, so putting good, senior people in place is part of its growth strategy. The rapid growth in the company, with several major contracts, has also created opportunities to bring new highly skilled people like Jaspreet on board.
Commenting on the promotions, Steve said, “Matthew, Andrew, Andrew and Matt have proved themselves to be associate engineers of the highest calibre while they have been at CWA to the benefit of our wide range of high-profile and blue-chip clients.
“We have seen several years of growth working with major clients. Jaspreet’s appointment, along with recent promotions in the company, will enable us to continue giving our clients the highest level of expertise and experience,” he added.
Birmingham city-centre-based CWA joined RSK in April 2018 and is one of the regions’ leading civil and structural engineering and design consultancies providing services to a wide range of high-value projects to blue-chip clients nationwide.
