CR Civil Engineering among Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces 2022

CR Civil Engineering, an RSK group company, has been ranked within the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces in the UK at the FREDIE Awards 2022. Hosted by the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD), the awards aim to “champion and celebrate individuals and organisations who are going above and beyond in their commitment to Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement.”

Ranking 53rd on the 2022 list, CR Civil Engineering’s commitment to championing equality and diversity in the workplace has been recognised by this accolade. Since July 2020, CR Civil Engineering has been a verified supplier for the NCFD, a reflection of its strong track record in developing and delivering meaningful equality, diversity and inclusion policies for colleagues.

The business commits to a number of initiatives that aim to support colleagues through professional and personal life. Since its founding, CR Civil Engineering has dedicated itself to providing academic and apprenticeship placements, wellbeing and mental health support, mentoring and training schemes, all underpinned by an open and honest work environment where everyone is listened to and supported.
